At a time when the development of Uzbek fine arts was at its peak, the "second wave" artists contributed to the formation of Uzbek national and local artists. Thus, L.Abdullayev, B.Hamdami, A.Abdullayev, Sh.Khasanova, M.Nabiyev, A.Siddiqi, Ch.Akhmarov and others began their creative paths (4, p. 294). The work of the artist A.Abdullayev, who marked the development of the Uzbek portrait genre, deserves special attention.

In the world of linguistics, the term “discourse” is often used in many scientific works devoted to the study of text problems. As V. Hegay rightly points out, although the term is widely used in text linguistics as well as in the fields of literature, sociology, political science, philosophy, logic, psychology, text linguistics itself has a unique, widely accepted interpretation, meaningless, used to express a variety of different concepts.

Many countries already have problems with waste management, but when the COVID-19 outbreak happens, the existing problems are worsened. This review aims to examine how mismanagement of medical and plastic waste affects the environment and people, especially those who work in healthcare facilities. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was clear that the majority of issues stemmed from mismanagement of plastic waste. For example, plastic waste can be seen in various places, such as the deepest oceanic floor, The Mariana trench, which is proved by microplastics found in amphipods’ digestive tract living down there. Apart from environmental effects, the economy is also affected by plastic pollution as the tourism business has decreased in Korea and USA due to the increasing amount of plastic waste. While normal plastic waste can largely affect society, medical wastes seem to pose more severe consequences as medical wastes might be contaminated, pathologic, and radioactive. However, during the pandemic, the usage of both medical and plastic waste has increased in general. Mismanaged waste also carries COVID-19 like other pathogens, and the virus can survive on it for a long period of time, making any mismanaged waste a risk factor. Incinerated ashes from medical waste used for fighting the virus can also cause pollution as they contain heavy metals. In conclusion, mismanaged plastic waste mostly affects the environment, while mismanaged medical waste might carry harmful pathogens, including the COVID-19, putting people at risk. More actions need to be done to improve the effectiveness of waste management procedures.

Objective: The study was to help and guide people with anxiety disorders and find a way out to get rid of the effect of Anxiety and manage it through yogic practices which improve self-awareness and strategies to respond to the setbacks. Yogic practices aim to improve self-confidence, a system of systemic conscious wellbeing. Scope and limitation: The study is limited to sample population of Trivandrum District Kerala, India. Method and materials: Psychological impact and mental health status were assessed by the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale (DASS-21). The research design consists of two group designs of control and experiments random design with a single group of 30 no’s (females and 15 males) subjects. The data was analyzed through Paired T-test and one-way ANOVA test. Results: Statistical Results shows a significant value of P< 0.05 and the hypothesis have been proved. Conclusion: yoga practices decrease the degree of anxiety and improve mind contextual focus of subjects under training. Finally all dimensions of human potentials and well-being revelation detention of novel idea etc.

Mutations in the NPHS2 gene encoding podocin are implicated in an autosomal-recessive form of nonsyndromic steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome in both pediatric and adult patients. The p.R138Q (c.413G>A) mutation in exon 3 was the most prevalent mutation in European series. The p.R229Q (c.686G>A) variant in exon 5 is the first human variant discovered with a mutation-dependent pathogenicity. We aimed in this study to screen for the p.R138Q mutation and the p.R138Q variant in a Moroccan cohort with Steroid Resistant Nephrotic Syndrome.

This study is conducted to investigate the affect levels of determinants on the competency framework in human resource management of information technology firms in Hanoi, Vietnam. Data were collected from getting 125 questionnaires from board of manager, head of department, and staff of information technology firms in Hanoi, Vietnam. Based on data collected, we employ descriptive statistics, Cronbach’s Alpha analysis, and Independent T-test to determine the influence of determinants on the competency framework in human resource management of information technology firms in Hanoi, Vietnam. The results show that determinants including Internal factors of enterprises (IF) and External factors of enterprises (EF) have relationships with the competency framework in human resource management. Based on the findings, some recommendations are given for technology firms in Hanoi, Vietnam.

New Coronavirus Infection (COVID-19) is a novel zooanthroponous respiratory infection caused by the Sars-Cov-2 coronavirus. The virus was first identified during an epidemic outbreak in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China, which has been reported since December 11, 2019. Since then, scientists have been studying the characteristics of the virus to determine the severity of the disease. For a complete and reliable assessment of the severity of the disease in this pathology, the cytokine status was studied and investigated integral characteristics of the clinical and immunological prognosis of the severity of COVID-19 in the population of Uzbekistan. To assess the study of the cytokine profile in patients with COVID-19, depending on the severity of the disease, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used and calculated on an IBM Pentium-type personal computer using the "STATISTICA-10" statistical software package. It was found that, depending on the severity of the disease, patients with COVID-19 have a pronounced cytokine imbalance. The high level of the studied cytokines is a reflection of the activity and severity of the pathological process. The results obtained indicate the activation of the expression of proinflammatory cytokines, for example, IL-1ß, IL-2, IL-6, TNF-a. The results obtained can be used as a prognostic criterion for the severity of the course and outcome of the disease.

Introduction: In accordance with National Medical Commission (NMC) recommendation, one month foundation Course was conducted in our institution in August 2019.The present study was conducted to seek the opinion of the students regarding pertinence of the Attitude, ethics and communication (AETCOM) session in the course to enable revisions to be made in designing the course for the subsequent sessions, to make it more efficacious and student-oriented. Methods: First MBBS students joined in the year 2019-20 batch were involved in the study. The students were divided into three groups and three hours sessions have been taken separately for three consecutive days. The Teaching Schedule of AETCOM session was systematically designed with theory and case scenarios. At the end of the session all the students were provided a feedback questionnaire based on Likert scale and the responses were collected. Statistical analysis: The data collected was analysed using SPSS version 23 and simple mean and proportions were calculated. Results: 53.9% of the students perceived the AETCOM session discussed with case scenarios as good and 50% of the students were given feedback on overall session as good. Conclusion: The AETCOM session in foundation course has largely been perceived in a positive way by the students with some difference in opinion concerning relevance of certain topics. However, it has to be confirmed with further studies.

In the machine learning technique, the knowledge graph is advancing swiftly; however, the basic models are not able to grasp all the affluence of the script that comes from the different personal web graphics, social media, ads, and diaries, etc., ignoring the semantic of the basic text identification. The knowledge graph provides a real way to extract structured knowledge from the texts and desire images of neural network, to expedite their semantics examination. In this study, we propose a new hybrid analytic approach for sentiment evaluation based on knowledge graphs, to identify the polarity of sentiment with positive and negative attitudes in short documents, particularly in 4 chirps. We used the tweets graphs, then the similarity of graph highlighted metrics and algorithm classification pertain sentimentality pre-dictions. This technique facilitates the explicability and clarifies the results in the knowledge graph. Also, we compare our differentiate the embeddings n-gram based on sentiment analysis and the result is indicated that our study can outperform classical n-gram models, with an F1-score of 89% and recall up to 90%.

Introduction: Pulmonary embolism is a fatal condition leading to loss of life if delay in treatment and diagnosis is present. Every year many patients present to tertiary centre with features suggestive of pulmonary embolism and a large proportion belong to postpartum pulmonary embolism. Due to the hyper coagulable state during pregnancy, pregnant and postpartum females are more prone to pulmonary embolism. Methods: All the patients records who were diagnosed as pulmonary embolism admitted in Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center between Baisakh 2070 to Poush 2077 were investigated and observational cross-sectional study of patient population on the basis of demography, parity, day of diagnosis of postpartum Pulmonary embolism and modes of delivery was done. Objectives: To categorize the patients with pulmonary embolism, to calculate the fraction of patients with diagnosis of postpartum pulmonary embolism, to define the various clinical signs and symptoms with which the patients with PE presented, relation of pulmonary embolism to postpartum day and parity. Results: A total of 198 patients were admitted in Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Centre, among them a total of 19 patients (9.59%) had Postpartum pulmonary embolism. Most common symptom of Postpartum PE was sudden onset dyspnea (89.47%). Majority of patient with post partum PE were primipara (42.1%) followed by second parity (36.8%). Majority of Postpartum PE had cesarean section (57.9%Vs 42.1%) mode of delivery as compared to normal vaginal delivery. The time of presentation of patients with pulmonary embolism who had undergone lower section cesarean section was (4.18± 2.75 days VS 14.25±3.7 days) in comparison to normal vaginal delivery. Conclusion: Postpartum pulmonary embolism represents a fraction of pulmonary embolism. Primigravida are more likely to present with postpartum pulmonary embolism with susceptible time within 4 weeks of delivery.

Thoracic endovascular aortic reconstruction (TEVAR) is increasingly used in the management of descending aortic pathology including aneurysms, dissections and transaction. When treating aortic arch pathology, hybrid procedures have been devised, in which major arch vessels are bypassed using a variety of techniques. Here we present a case of 48 years male, presented with shortness of breath and chest pain for 2 months. The Contrast enhanced computerized tomogram of chest showed multiple saccular outpouching at distal arch and mid descending aorta. He underwent hybrid procedure bypassing Innominate artery to left carotid and left subclavian artery followed by TEVAR covering the entire saccular aneurysm. His postoperative period was uneventful and is doing well till date.

This study aims to determine the effect of employee characteristics on customer satisfaction at an Islamic bank in Palu, Indonesia. This study used the quantitative research method. The sample for this study was purposively determined, which of them were 100 Islamic banks customers. A five-scale survey was distributed to the customers, and all of the surveys were returned. Data analysis used SPSS version 17 for the windows program. The research results show that the individual characteristics variables have a significant and positive influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palu. The R square value was 0.262 means that the individual characteristic variable has an effect at twenty-six percent. For the t-test, the count was 5.900, which means tcount > ttable (5.900 > 0.6770) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, the employee characteristics variable has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palu. The R square value was 0.224 means that the individual characteristic variable has an effect of twenty-two percent. For the t-test, the count is 5.317, which means tcount > ttable (5.317 > 0.6770) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. We concluded that employees characteristics play important roles in determining customers satisfaction at Islamic banks.

Since the outbreak of the pandemic COVID-19, a huge amount of information has been released and shared by individuals, communities and specialized organizations. Language serves as a powerful tool on which information providers depend to convey their advice and instructions. In this study, the researchers examined the frequency of interactional metadiscourse markers in the WHO director general speeches regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and how those markers are used for communicative and persuasive effects. The corpus included 91 scripts with a different number of words making a total of 84,372 words. Hylands (2005) model of metadiscourse was used to analyse the corpus. Data analysis revealed that interactional metadiscourse markers are heavily used by WHO director to deliver coherent speeches and to make his speeches persuasive. Moreover, the findings show that the speaker relied intensively on the use of self-mention marker and boosters to reflect the collaborative and assured attitude of the organization concerning the situation of the pandemic.

Learning problems during the COVID-19 pandemic have been widely studied. We explore the picture of Ego depletion during online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ego depletion is when the individual feels a decrease in ego or self-control due to excessive activities involving the ego, resulting in reduced energy in the body. This research is descriptive quantitative research. Ego Depletion is measured based on the ego-depletion scale based on aspects of ego depletion, including psychological exhaustion, physical exhaustion, helplessness, drained energy, and cognitive impairment. A total of 92 students participated in this study. Data was obtained online via Google form. The study results showed that ego depletion in students was dominated in the moderate category, followed by high and low categories. We also describe the categories based on the demographic data obtained. Ego depletion in the high category is more common in semester four-level and semester six-level. The results and implications are discussed further.

The corn-beef cattle integration system can provide great benefits, and a relatively small production risk. The risk of production in corn farming is greater than that of beef cattle (KV = 0.49<0.40). Meanwhile, the profit of corn farming is 10,027,029 IDR / season or 12,605,408 IDR / season / hectare with an R/C ratio of 3.12. The profit of the cattle business is 7,863,872 IDR / period or 1,669,831 / period / head with an R/C ratio of 1.25. So that the average profit of corn-cow integration farmers is 17,890,901 IDR.

Rivers and their natural potential are important and useful to support the welfare of peoples lives. The Tami River which is located in Keerom Regency is included in the management priority because it is a river located in the border area of Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. The Tami river ecosystem stores various kinds of biodiversity that are important to support human life. The research objective is to develop a strategy for managing the Tami river in a sustainable manner by considering it as a priority river within national borders. The results of the research on the Tami river have high biodiversity potential. More than 27 species from 21 plant families were found and 40 species from 28 tree families were also found around the river area. In addition to flora, there is also the potential for fauna of various types of mammals, Avivauna, Heterofauna and various types of birds around the Tami river. The potential of the Tami river can be developed to produce energy for power generation. The Tami river development strategy requires planned and synergized cooperation between parties so that it can be sustainable and provide benefits to the surrounding community.

Introduction: Femoral hernias are a relatively uncommon type, accounting for only 3% of all hernias. While femoral hernias can occur in both males and females, they occur approximately 10 times as frequently in women than in men because of the wider bone structure of the female pelvis³. Femoral hernias develop in the upper part of the thigh near the groin just below the inguinal ligament, where abdominal contents pass through a naturally occurring weakness called the femoral canal. Femoral hernia have the highest rate of incarceration amongst groin hernia, 5%–20%5 Case Presentation: A 68 year old male presented with complaints of right femoral swelling since 3 months and left inguinal swelling since 4 years. Discussion: Femoral hernias will commonly present as a small lump in the groin. Whilst a femoral hernia is usually asymptomatic at presentation, due to the anatomy of the femoral canal, around 30% of femoral hernia cases will present as an emergency². It is important to identify the exact location of the lump in the groin in order to decide which type of hernia is present although often, particularly in obese patients, it is not clear. Conclusion: All patients with a femoral hernia need surgical intervention, due to the high risk of strangulation4.

This article examines the evolution of the formation and development of the art of scenography of puppet theaters in Uzbekistan, the factors of their development during the period of Independence on the example of the National Puppet Theater of Uzbekistan. In shaping the worldview of the young generation, which is the future of our country, modern puppet theater plays a leading role in educating them towards spiritual maturity. Today, a lot of attention is paid to this field of art, and a number of decisions are made for the development of the industry. The main idea of the independence of our country is to help the future generation to grow up spiritually mature, patriotic and educated with all our might. Puppet theater directing, dramaturgy, acting skills, and especially scenography are important with their unique solutions. The reason is that the development trends of modern puppet theater directing and scenography are considered on the basis of three periods, firstly, critical thinking, secondly, religious and mythological themes in the national spirit, and thirdly, analysis of contemporary works.

The article first describes the results obtained in the study of the electrophysical and charge transfer processes of two structural polycrystalline silicon obtained by bonding silicon particles with sunlight. The results of the study show that the charge transfer processes in such structures are found to be different from each other. In particular, at T~300-800 K, a decrease in the surface area of both structures µ was observed, and the temperature dependence of p and n differed from each other. For example, (a) in the surface area T~300-350 K and T~600-710 K p increases and n decreases, at T~350-550 K p decreases and n increases. Conversely, the surface area of the sample (b) is characterized by an increase in p and a decrease in n at T=575 K, a decrease in p in the later stages of temperature increase, and an increase in n.

Diabetes mellitus a group of metabolic disorders in which a person has high blood sugar, either because the pancrease does not produce enough insulin or because cells do not respond properly to the insulin that is produced. Coronavirus disease (Covid -19) recently emerged with formidable infectivity and high mortality. Based on numerous analyses of the research results, a technology was developed for obtaining the developed composite thermosetting polymer coatings based on thermosetting polymers-epoxy oligomers ED-20, FAED-20 and FEIS-30 plasticizer, dibutyl phthalate, polyethylene polyamine hardener and industrial waste and organomineral ingredients, as well as a technology for applying antifriction-strength composite polymer coatings for machine-building purposes on metal surfaces of products of various machines and mechanisms.

The possibility of using a soda-sulfate mixture - an alkaline waste from the production of caprolactam, as a mineralizing additive in a Portland cement raw mixture containing, as a silica-containing component, flotation tailings of the lead-concentrating plant of Almalyk MMC, has been studied. The effect of this additive on the processes of mineral formation during the synthesis of Portland cement clinker is shown. The possibility of additional recovery of residual non-ferrous metals - lead and copper - by sublimation and trapping of their chlorides has been established.

The article presents materials on the study of the cicadas Laodelphax striatellus Fall. and Muirodelphax aubei Perr.in the Fergana Valley, their morphological and biological characteristics, systematic position, distribution, harmfulness, food connections and peculiarities of their diagnosis. As I.D. Mityaev points out [1], the useful value of cicadas for humans is very insignificant. There is evidence that some peoples eat large singing cicadas, considering them medicinal, or keep cicadas in cages for the sake of their peculiar singing. It is proved that some species of cicadas, in places of their mass reproduction, play a significant role in the permeability of moisture and aeration of the soil, the underground work of their larvae. Larvae and imago of cicadas are a source of food for many animals and they play a certain role in biocenoses. Some species, due to their low abundance and low harmfulness, are not of great practical importance for humans. Most of the cicadas are pests of various agricultural plants [2, pp. 146-150]. As noted by D.A. Azimov, without deep knowledge of the fauna and development of the taxonomy of insects, as well as other groups of fauna and vegetation, it is impossible to solve further problems of protection and rational use of useful forms, as well as organization of plant protection [3, pp. 54-55]. Therefore, the study of cicadas and their diagnosis is not only theoretical, but also practical.

INTRODUCTION: Anemia is defined as a condition in which hemoglobin levels are below the normal range. Among children and adolescents, iron deficiency is responsible for most cases. Iron is an essential compound for the production of red blood cells and transportation of oxygen, as well as for the integration of the enzymatic systems of different tissues. Patients with iron deficiency anemia may have impaired cognitive, physical and immune development, thus increasing the risk of infections and even death. This is a cross-sectional study to analyze the prevalence of anemia and its impact on school and nutritional performance among elementary school adolescents aged between 10 and 14 years from May 2019 to October 2019. METHODS: The diagnostic criteria for anemia are: between 5 and 11 years, hemoglobin < 11.5 g/dl and hematocrit < 34%; from 12 to 14 years old, hemoglobin < 12g/dl and hematocrit 36%. For school performance, data from the students individual report card were used and the average of the subjects was considered RESULTS: The prevalence of anemia was 9.8%.As for school performance, students with anemia had an average grade of 5.8, while students without anemia had an average of 6.8, showing a statistically significant difference (p = 0.02). There was also greater absenteeism among students with anemia, 16.1% of absences, compared to those without anemia, 10.44% of absences (p = 0.02). CONCLUSION: The impact on anemia in school performance, correlating it to absenteeism and grades, which reinforces the importance of self-care, a balanced diet and health promotion.

This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) to determine whether firm characteristics and corporate governance affect tax avoidance in mining companies in Indonesia, and (2) to determine whether corporate governance moderates the relationship between firm characteristics and tax avoidance. The research sample is all mining companieslisted on the IDX forthe period 2015 to 2018, totally 156 observations. From 156 observations, 84 observations can be analyzed. This research data is secondary data in the form of mining company Annual Reports obtained from the official website of the IDX, namely www.idx.co.id and the official websites of the respective companies. Data analysis to test data normality used the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. Hypothesis testing uses moderated regression analysis (MRA) with SPSS. The result of the analysis shows that firm characteristics consisting of leverage and ROE have an effect on tax avoidance, while company size has no effect on tax avoidance. Another result is that CG as measured by the proportion of independent commissioners does not moderate the relationship between firm characteristics and tax avoidance.

In addition to the traditional method of assessing the investment climate, the author initially conducted a descriptive analysis, which in turn allows for complete information and clear conclusions on the distribution of investments in the regions. Also, as an authors approach, a methodology for assessing the investment climate in the regions on the basis of a comprehensive assessment is presented, which is assessed taking into account the specific features and capabilities of the regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Dental and oral health problems in the people of East Nusa Tenggara Province are in the high category. The people of Coal Village have a habit of drinking sopi, a traditional alcoholic beverage. Frequently drinking alcoholic beverages for long duration has a negative risk to the oral health. Sopi is one of the traditional alcoholic beverages, fermented from Enau (palm) tree plants. The purpose of this research is relationship between the habits of drinking sopi and the status of dental caries. Method: This is a research of Analytical Survey. This research was conducted in November to December 2019. The population on this research was the society of sopi drinkers. The total sampling was 76 people. The data collecting of the sopi drinking habits was carried out by completing the checklists; the data of the dental caries status was obtained by direct examinations. The data analysis used the test of Kendall’s Tau c. Results: The duration of drinking sopi was classified in the old category (93,4%); the frequency of drinking sopi was classified in the frequent category (63,2%); the volume of the drunk sopi was classified in the lots category (61,8%); the habits of drinking sopi was classified in the heavy category (93.4%); and the dental caries status was classified in the high criterion (52,6%). Based on the correlation test results, that there was no relationship between the time duration, frequency, volume, and the habits of drinking sopi with the status of dental caries (P < 0,05). Conclusion: There was no relationship between the habits of drinking sopi and the status of dental caries.

The article provides detailed information on the process of developing effective plans for the development of the tourism industry and choosing the optimal one based on them, forecasting the future development of the industry. It also considers the processes of using special computational and arithmetic methods that allow predicting the events and happenings in the tourism industry, to determine the regression function as a result of the interaction and interaction of indicators representing the type of activity. As a result of targeted research, using correlation-regression models, a forecast of the development trend of the tourism industry based on socio-economic factors affecting the tourism process was developed.

The advancement in technology and its dynamic influence on work processes puts high demand on ICT skills, thereby necessitating the need of students undertaking training in their respective fields of specializations to be more versatile in current labour market needs so as to be qualified to work in the ICT inclined labour market. The study examined Information and Communication technology skill acquisition and graduates’ employability in Cross River State, Nigeria. Two research questions guided the study. Survey research design was adopted. The population of the study comprised of all the 475 lecturers in the Faculty of Education, University of Calabar. The simple random sampling technique was used to sample 47% resulting to 223 respondents. The instrument for data collection was a modified four point likert scale titled; information and communication technology skill acquisition and graduates employability questionnaire (ICTSAGEQ). The reliability estimate obtained using Cronbach alpha reliability was 0.85. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics of mean and standard deviation to answer research questions. Findings revealed that information and communication technology skill acquisition has significant influence on graduates’ employability. The study further found that the challenges of ICT skills acquisition bothers around inadequate funding, inadequacy of ICT compliant manpower, poor power supply, lack of infrastructure among others. The study therefore concluded that ICT skill acquisition significantly influence graduates’ employability in Cross River State, to this end, it was recommended that Students should be encouraged and sponsored to acquire relevant ICT skills before graduation to enable them fit into the modern world of work or possibly set up their personal ICT services for self –reliance and creating jobs for others thereby reducing unemployment and by extension youth restiveness.

Aim: Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) is the concentration of plasma glucose after an overnight (= 8 hours) fast. It is diagnostic of diabetes mellitus and prediabetes. It is used in the screening of other health conditions and monitoring of treatment of diabetes. It is useful to determine factors that influence FPC for more accurate interpretation of the test. Procedure: One hundred and fifty (150) apparently healthy subjects aged 1 – 80 years were recruited for the study after an informed consent. Their ages were noted, weight and height measured and body mass index (BMI) calculated. Two milliliters of fasting blood sample were collected from each before 10 am each day and put into fluoride-oxalate bottle. The samples were spun and the plasma analyzed for glucose on the same day using the Glucose oxidase method. Results: The range of FPG values obtained was 2.3 – 7.0mmol/l and mean age, BMI, and FPG, (±SD), were 38.25 ±21.86 years, 26.49 ±6.37 and 4.23 ±0.96mmol/l respectively. FPG correlated with age (r 2 = 0.4469; p=0.0001) and BMI (r 2 =0.2271; p=0.0001). FPG differed with age and BMI. 98% of the subjects had FPG within the range 2.2 - 6.6 mmol/l with 72% falling within the range 3.4 – 5.5mmol/l. There was no significant difference between the male and female values though this existed in their BMI, (p=0.0178). Conclusion: FPG is influenced by both age and BMI of subjects, there is, therefore, the need to take these factors into consideration in the interpretation of results of FPG tests.

The purpose of this study was to focus on the influence of promotion strategy on student enrolment in Kenyan Universities. This study was guided by the Resource-Based View Theory. The study will adopt a descriptive cross-sectional study design. The target population for this study senior administrative staff, heads of departments/faculties and marketing managers at the universities. The researcher considered these groups for the population since they have accurate information on the performance of the universities. The target population comprised a total of senior personnel comprising of top administrative staff, heads of departments/faculties and marketing managers of the University. Stratified sampling was adopted for this study; there were four strata which include senior personnel in private universities. The researcher adopted structured questionnaires to collect data for the study. A pilot study was done to test the research instruments for validity and reliability. Before the collection of data, the researcher obtained a letter of authorization from the university as well as a permit from NACOSTI to undertake the study. Further, permission was sort from the management of the universities whose personnel participated in the study. Descriptive statistics was applied in the analysis of the quantitative data. Analysis of data was done and the findings presented using, charts, table and graphs. Additionally, a linear regression analysis was conducted to establish the relationship between the variables. From the findings, 46% of the respondents were marketing managers, 23% were heads of departments, 15% were senior lecturers while 16% were senior administrative officers. The findings imply that accurate data was obtained for the study since majority of the respondents had adequate knowledge on the strategy used by private universities. The findings revealed that the university charges fees based on the technicalities of programmes offered and that charges fees based on the demand for programmes offered. The findings also revealed that the university relies on social media advertising and internet uses outdoor advertising such as billboards, higher education exhibitions, print media such as newspapers, journals and magazines to promote their programmes in order to increase student enrolment. Finally, the findings revealed that the university offers unique programmes compared to other universities has a variety of programmes/courses for student to choose from and there are foundation programmes at the university for student who do not have minimum university entry requirements. It was concluded that the promotion strategy that were considered in the study if adopted effectively would result to increased levels of student enrolment in Kenyan private universities.

The nutritional content that is balanced and in accordance with the needs of fish will be utilized by fish as a source of energy used for growth. The used of feed alternative from coconut testa bioconversion has been investigated for its effect on the growth performance of red tilapia stadium fingerling. The chemical composition of coconut testa, survival rate and water quality (temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen) were analysed descriptively. The experiment was carried out experimentally using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), which consisted of four levels of using coconut testa bioconversion by Rhizopus oryzae in feed (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20%). The performance parameters measured consisted of Average daily gain, feed efficiency, and protein efficiency ratio. Data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a 95% confidence level, and Duncans multiple distance test. The chemichal change, survival rate. The study showed that the bioconversion of R. oryzae coconut testa up to 20% in the feed formulation could provide the performance of red tilapia fry, with the highest value obtained at the use of 15% with an average feed efficiency of 42.43 ± 0.71.

Critical thinking should be given to students as they age in the 21st century. The continued impact of perception shows that there are still many students who do not have the option to overcome their thinking, speaking, and logic skills. Observation results show that many students have not been able to utilize their intellectual ability to think critically. Furthermore, the evaluation questions that have been given by the teacher are not analyticalin nature, resulting in not triggering students to think critically. Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a model of learning that is suitable for stimulatingstudents critical thinking. The purpose of this research that produces the E-module -based PBL valid, p practical and i effective. Type researchis development research. The Plomp model is the applied model. The results of the study resulted in the level of validity of the PBL -based E-module which was 89.10% (very valid). The results of the practicality level of teachers are 94.17% (very practical) and the level of practicality by students is 86.47% (very practical). The results of the PBL -based E-module effectiveness test show that the PBL -based E-module is very effective. Thus, the conclusion is that the PBL -based E-module that has been developed is very valid, very practical, and very effective.

The authors analyze various degrees of physiological anastomositis in 131 patients, and conclude that for the treatment of late anastomositis after surgical interventions on the stomach and duodenum, it is recommended to include the laser action of the anastomosis zone with two types of low-energy lasers in the complex program. The authors argue that the combined use of low-energy laser exposure through endoscopic and percutaneous irradiation will improve the effectiveness of the treatment of late anastomositis.

This manuscript applies a crossdiscilinary cum postdisciplinary approach to scrutinising some of the metaphysical insights of French philosopher Deleuze on knowledge-production in the arts, film, literature, and science to like matters of authorial thinking within Tourism Studies. It seeks to translate his expansive thoughtlines on non-representational geophilosophy to the worldmaking agency of Tourism Studies (and related fields) not regarding what tourism is but what it does, notably in terms of how it generally works for institutions and interest groups, and how it specifically effects travellers and host populations, often giving them heavily-striated (i.e., densely-overcoded) visions of peoples/places/pasts/presents. The paper highlights many of the paradoxical dynamic dimensions ingrained within beyond-the-discipline Deleuzian thought, focusing upon his role as an outsider philosopher who unsettles commonplace visions of being and identity (within disciplines and domains of knowledge) by encouraging both individuals and en groupe populations towards fresh stranger-to-oneself yet creative lines of flight depersonalised understandings. It thereby suggests that the quasi-virtual world of Deleuzian conceptuality (viz.: his paradoxical insights into virtual realms [which are conceivably real without being actual and ideal without being abstract]) have much oxygenating relevance to the creative encounter possibilities of travel and tourism. The paper thereby has tall relevance for those in other fields who feel distinctly constrained by the dogmatisms of their supposedly parent discipline or domain.

The study analyzed data from a representative sample of adolescents and young men, 1465 people involved in a one-stage epidemiological survey. The prevalence of arterial hypotension (AH) was 18.6% (among adolescents - 10.8% and among youth - 45.2%; P<0.001). The revealed results should be considered when developing and implementing preventive programs for adolescent and young populations living in the regions of Uzbekistan.

This article shows the possibility of using reagent-adsorbent compositions, i.e. charred defecate obtained at 600 °C and activated bentonite of the Askamar deposit in a ratio of 1:5. It was found that with the use of reagent-adsorbent compositions it will allow to purify wastewater from oil and fat production to pH-7.2 and transparency of 0.44, and also the water hardness is reduced from 17 mEq / l to 4.0 mEq / l, which allow the recycling of wastewater for technical needs.
